whats up with gif timing, that i cant make the "unread forum" frog go really fast

what speed u set it to,,,,,if u do it in photoshop u cant have frame delay less then 0,03 or it go to a slower speed

its speed cap by web browser firefox chrome internet explorer cap lowest frame delay,,,,,,u can make with less delay nd it will show faster in media players but not web browser
