whats up with gif timing, that i cant make the "unread forum" frog go really fast

like, i animated it (shoddily in photoshop) such that he should be freaking the fuck out but hes just jostling sort of more. he slowed down, is what i mean. what does this and can it be fixed

what speed u set it to,,,,,if u do it in photoshop u cant have frame delay less then 0,03 or it go to a slower speed [Image: UABGzXp.gif]

its speed cap by web browser firefox chrome internet explorer cap lowest frame delay,,,,,,u can make with less delay nd it will show faster in media players but not web browser
