i watched a lot of rick and morty recently and while i found some of the premises novel and it was entertaining it just seems like a low-brow futurama, which i was already pretty sick of

the "ya its funny because of butts and poop but oh man it really knows how to hit you right in the feels!" just reinforces that gross byronic heroism that fedoramen crave

also the campy winks and fourth-wall breaking is incredibly cringeworthy and not even ironically entertaining. its sad and the show should not be laughing at its own jokes

it's enjoyable if you ignore everyone saying it's THE DEEPEST AND FUNNIEST SHOW OF ALL TIME IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD but tbh everyone should be ignoring the type of person who feels that way anyway 

its got its moments but it swings from fake deep to poop jokes too fast and too frequently and the fans are the absolute worst type of people and i don't like bojack for the same reasons

that being said there's a facebook group for people who think they're exactly like rick and think they're smarter than everyone else but ironically they're the exact same people dumb enough to swindle out of money with a fake iq test with semi randomized results and fake detailed reports that they'd probably really pay for.

it would take 5 minutes in javascript and ~2 hours using html and bootstrap to set up considering everything is fake and there's no info in a database it needs to call but that is ILLEGAL AND I WOULD NEVER DO SUCH A THING
