i know its rough but maybe we should have to fight past a standard deviation or two, right? i mean, if you redid the vote in a parallel universe where everyone in the UK woke up a second later, the vote would (statistically) change maybe to the other side. +2 or +3 are not very wide margins, is what im saying
honestly the uk is wacky because they have unelected lords with veto power but I don't know if this applies to a referendum. everyone is treating it as a definite thing, though, so I assume a simple majority can make structural changes in the country? can you vote out the queen? yeah we really need a brit here
