not only that, the wall has ancient runes in it preventing them from passing

so, undead dragon was the only reasonable solution

the better question is, do D&D even remember what happened that far back in the show? it was a long time ago and i'm convinced they don't have great memory based on this season and the last season.

like my personal take on the issue would be the FM don't really wander the world. they go to the house of b&w for a job, that's where they are assigned a face in some crazy ritual magic thing, and then thy go for the job. didn't really think it was as easy as carrying a face bag around, but idk, she's not supposed to have escaped the house of b&w in the first place, so it's all very unconventional

well, that was probably one of the better written episodes of the season. wrapped up a lot of the extraneous plotlines still dangling in the air just in time for next season to be all about da king in da norf and the dragon lady fighting zombies while cersei tries to fight them.
