so my tooth which was broken (which i thought died long ago but apparently the fuck not) hadn't given me any problems until last night when it put me in so much pain that i threw up and was just crying and kinda writhing around and my wife pretty much forced me to go to the emergency room. the nerve and root are both exposed and i guess it must have looked pretty bad bc they gave me a lot of pain meds but anyway im in lots of pain bc i can't afford dental care and couldn't access it growing up, god bless america
