so i bill cosbied myself and took a clonazepam yesterday, laid down down for a nap at 5pm and woke up to my 5am alarm for work

i like, missed an entire day lmoa

and idk if its cos im well rested or w/e but today has been one of the best days ever, things just went my way at every turn

I had my first lucid dream

how come it was awful? I always wished I could do that, but when I'm dreaming and I realize it's a dream I wake up immediately.

Probably because i'm shit at controlling even my dreams? It wasn't a pleasant dream and it was confusing but i knew it was a dream for the biggest duration of it and it was pretty long
When i woke up at some point i couldn't move

I don't remember this ever happening before, aside from nightmares where i just wish it's a nightmare really hard and then i wake up

Other times i don't wake up cause that nightmare is my real life hehehe
