i am in the same boat as niki there are very few tastes that actually bother me but if a food has a gross texture it's gonna make me fuckin heave

im happy it's not just me bc like. it's so bad. there's stuff i would really like otherwise but i can't eat it. a lot of meats are like that like i don't hate the taste of steak but if i eat any of the fat or sinewy stuff ill actually throw up n it's the same for pretty much all raw vegetables. like tomato on sandwiches and stuff is awful but tomato sauce is fine and even cooked tomato pieces in pizza sauce is fine too

I agree with the steak, hard chewy fat is disgusting. 

I cannot eat pickles on any sandwich because of the texture it introduces alone

tomato is one of those veggies that I cannot stand unless it is on something. it's good complimenting other flavors, not by itself.

i don't like most fruit flavored pies because the fruit "sauce" or whatever is gross to me. either mulch everything down into a sauce or leave it all intact YOU CAN'T FUCKING GO HALFWAY

well there kind of has to be some kind of sauce otherwise you're just eating crust with some cherries on it. every cherry pie I had could have been way better though if they did not insist on making it so sugary and sticky. its because everyone uses that shit from the can. which is admittedly 1000x easier than buying fresh ones and cooking them down yourself.
