i think it refers to objective vs subjective. an impersonal judgment would be one that doesnt really value the observer and his/her/xir existence. opposition to impersonal judgment means to me that you want to talk more about how one feels about a thing rather than what that thing "is"

understanding of "things" in an emotional vacuum is pointless, as an individual's emotional ecosystem dictates their pursuits in the first place. i think this is an infp trait? impersonal judgments (of people, at least) tend to ignore the issue of the sake of objectivity, but that necessarily sacrifices a huge amount of data that could be used to derive valuable insight into said "thing"

i always saw myself as introvert, but especially lately I've been more extroverted. it's interesting to read this as i see patterns and behaviors that fit. It has been a while since I last did these, and I think my old result (INFJ) was my own personal ideal, rather than the actual truth of me.
