I don't agree that not voting makes your opinion useless, there are many reasons to not vote and regardless of the outcome you're still dealing with consequences of which you can and should complain

not voting doesn't make your opinion useless  but if you want to participate in political discussions despite deciding you don't care enough about the election to vote in it then you need a better reason than "i didn't like either of the candidates" because one of those candidates is going to win no matter if you vote or not, and it's statistically almost impossible to disagree with every single political stance both candidates have

first statement: i never called you any name or made any assumption about you or your political beliefs. your first post after mine started this shitstorm because you demonstrated a huge bias that eclipses any serious discussion about a statement. if people's arguments can be made for them because you label them as progressive, a liberal, etc then they dont have a chance against you
