this actually happened to me recently
I think the remark was somewhere along the lines of "why did everyone get their panties in a twist over the banning of the confederate flag for what it stands for, when there are flags just as bad if not worse than it"
I went on to explain how the different european flags and the connotations behind them, as well as the fact that the fucking swastika is still legal to buy but no one was complaining about that
but the guy took "why did everyone get their panties in a twist over the banning of the conferderate flag" and proceeded to make his own opinions and proceeded to not explain to me why he thought I was a neonazi conservative redneck while throwing insult after insult
it took him 2 hours before my fucking medical history shut him up and actually listen to what I have to say, which I don't even fucking understand??? (it got brought up because he called me a fat greasy fuck that sits at home all day telling people about their own countries instead of finding a job. I told him I don't because I am disabled and he went into full damage control)
that was the dumbest fucking conversation (next to the last conversation I had with lextreme) that I have ever said
