some old school sidescrollers is my answer for hardest game, but i think thats cheating
bloodborne i loved, but once you "get" it, those games arent very hard. im sorry.
the professor layton games have some really hard puzzles- in one of them, one of the very last puzzles is doing the knight's tour
the hardest thing ive ever done in a game is get perfect scores in the gummi missions in KH final mix+
next to that, at a point the arcade mode of batman: arkham city gets really nutty and impossible without some sort of mind enhancing drug
