I would say Red Orchestra (any of them) just because of the steep learning curve. It's a first person shooter that focuses heavily on the "realistic factor".
Bullets whizzing by you cause your moral meter to drop, causing everything to look black/white and blurry. Getting shot in the legs renders you unable to sprint. You have to bandage yourself if you get hit by anything. You only have two roll of bandages on you. Unless you get hit in a miracle location, you will probably die instantly. Bullet drop exists. Weapon/Class roles are limited and play an important role (Commander has a time limit every time he wants to either: lay down artillery, call in recon or force respawn everyone who is dead. Squad Leader who marks locations on the map for the Commander to target with artillery, has smoke grenades for cover and anyone in his squad spawns to them. Then there is Assault role with the submachine gun, the engineer with the Anti-Tank grenades and satchel charges, the Anti-Tank rifle guy, the Machine gunner and the Rifleman.)
Every map is essentially attack/defend. There are usually 8 locations that the attackers have to take from the defenders. There is a time limit and both teams have a limit to how many times the players on the team can spawn. Depending on the map, there is mechanized vehicles and tanks.
Once you get past the insane learning curve, it's a really fun WWII shooter that only takes place in Stalingrad or The Pacific. They're releasing a Vietnam one that I am anticipating in the near future.
