4. the players in a match will choose who goes first, then they have 3 days to do so. other player has 2 days to respond. first player has two days to respond. second player has two days to finish the match

I might participate if there was more time to respond, like 4 or 5 days, but even then maybe not, the quality of my comics would be shitastic.

yeah, i might extend it. i want to avoid spending 8 months on a tournament like last time, but also i want it to actually happen. i already jumped the gun by kicking this one off so early. i mean, we had submissions open for just a week or two last time! im crazy

i went a little bit crazy getting people here when i first posted, then i realized my mistake and cooled it. im gonna review some rules, add this year to the main page and include our entrants, then go balls-out trying to get people here to participate (either with characters or by voting)
