in fact, you can stretch that same principle to the private sector aswell
the trick is to adress the problem, not the service / people, and to suggest a clear solution
I find that costumer service workers will solve your problems way faster if you bring a sensible solution with you already
it saves you time and stress and also unburdens workers so it's a win-win
