Syria as it stands currently. Deir ez-Zor is liberated! Every inch of the city was taken from the grips of the filthy da'esh, either forcing them into an early grave or into a dark prison-cell, after slogging through a couple months after breaking the siege on the city. The last town held by ISIS in Iraq was liberated, forcing the remnants into the Iraqi desert. In Syria, on the western bank of the Euphrates, the last strong-hold held by ISIS, Abu Kamal, was liberated by a combination of the PMU, SAA and Hezbollah forces. ISIS might be on its last leg, but they are not finished yet and are still not to be underestimated, they still have many tricks up their sleeves and have begun executing them.

On November 5th, after an Iraqi offensive into al-Qa'im two days prior, Hezbollah troops launched an offensive to capture Abu Kamal from ISIS, securing the Beirut-Tehran road, along with PMU forces from the Iraqi border.

While this was happening, a simultaneous offensive by the Iraqi Army on the north side of the Euphrates to retake Rawa from ISIS, which was the last city in Iraq they owned. http://www.thebaghdadpost.com/en/story/1...-Rawa-town

After a long slog, they managed to capture it, all while SAA Tiger Forces linked up north of the city on the 6th of December, completely linking and securing the road. https://frontnews.eu/news/en/17801

Ignore all that bullshit in al-Jazirah that Iraq shows, they only secured the border region, they still have a fuck ton of desert and thousands of ISIS members left.

That little bit of ISIS that manage to sneak into Idlib became something bigger. Since the SAA started deploying a bulk of their forces their, started offensives and have been bombing the ever loving hell outta HTS (al-Qaeda), ISIS have gain the upper hand and have been pushing HTS back as well, grabbing village after village. The SAA and ISIS in the region stopped fighting each other back at the end of October, possibly because ISIS knows they have a better chance attacking HTS than the SAA, but they still gained tons of influence in a large area in a short amount of time. Ignore the offensive going on, that's for the next update.

look at all them fuggin sources

After the Tiger Forces helped liberate the western banks of the Euphrates, they moved to help for the (current) Idlib offensive, ISIS took the opportunity, with units retreating from Iraq helping, and launched an offensive from the Homs desert in a surprise attack, seizing a couple of towns on the bank of the river. Clashes are still ongoing, but are expected not to last long.

The US-backed Proxy forces used this to storm the town of Hajin on the opposite side of the river.

After I don't even fucking remember how long, the Damascus ISIS front opened up again, with the da'esh storming a couple of districts, seizing them, only to lose them the same day. Congrats guys, you sure did a lot.
