this really is the best these forums have been since i've joined, particularly post quality

not being on an internet-famous site has weeded out the attention whores, even kyle doesnt drop by anymore. i genuinely like every active member here, most of us are on a first name basis. we bust each others balls, but flaming has virtually become non-existent... one of the only downsides, too, because the nuanced jokes from making fun of some fly-by moron were pretty funny

there's members I wish were here with us now, particularly slothman and smelly. thank god we still have risbolla, and @alienator should post more

don't get me wrong, some flame wars were hilarious, but some others were just so fucking cringeworthy

i remember audioslave, quadros and that dickwad from south africa kept tryin to one-up eachother with wit and it was the worst

though quadros could at least be funny about it
