i think guacamole can be a bit boring if you don't add anything else for flavor like peppers or i don't know
curry powder sounds interesting though i might try that one day
honestly i use fresh herbs far too rarely
shit's expensive and the climate far from ideal so planting it in the garden is kinda difficult
maybe i'll try to grow some in the summer
