played my first two placement matches of the new season. lost in the first, we couldnt cap the first point of anubis and almost shut them out as well but they won in overtime. second game was a clear sweep on our part, so i was 1-1. played the other 8 games with matterialize, won 6 and lost 2. he ended up in platinum and im in silver. i know that they seed from your previous rank, and that i was playing support so i got gimped, but this kinda sucks

as if it wasnt hard enough to choose support, now you get penalized for it almost- and i wasnt in bronze or anything, i ended last season with a modest 2200 or so. played most ana/zen in my placements this time around, id get not getting too far from my previous 2200 but LOWER? gee whiz

thats my complaint hope you enjoy

i didnt really care about rank all that much, i just hope it doesnt bar me from playing with people (like matt) who ended up higher than me despite playing 8/10 of the same games
