not voting doesn't make your opinion useless but if you want to participate in political discussions despite deciding you don't care enough about the election to vote in it then you need a better reason than "i didn't like either of the candidates" because one of those candidates is going to win no matter if you vote or not, and it's statistically almost impossible to disagree with every single political stance both candidates have

i couldnt ethically and morally vote for either... but i can always watchdog whoever wins.
