Origin account hacking by Russians

I mean it's Origin so who fucking cares right, but evidently the boyf does cause he really likes Battlefield 4.

Anyway he got an email saying his account was changed like an hour ago at time of posting this, and I've sat here with him the entire time laughing as he's still able to get into the account to look at private details, but he can't change anything cause the guy changed the security question to "Name of your chilhood best friend?" So we've been sitting here trying to guess the name of this kid's friend by typing in typical russian names. And long story short we found this guy's facebook and linked in and even his fucking myspace. Lmfao. 

Also check to see if your origin shit was compromised if you care about your account, change deets, security questions, etc.

i talked to Aditya R. and he fixed me up real quick tbh it was the best customer service experience i've ever had and it was with fucking EA of all companies, with an outsourced indian rep.

Yeah same for my bf, issue was that it happened outside of their customer service hours. You don't do jack shit if it's not a monday-friday and between the hours of 9 and 5 whatever timezone they're in. So he just waited till next morning and got it all fixed up
