well if he locks himself in the bathroom and my aunt leaves him there with my frail as fuck as grandma, and he OD's in there for the fourth time, she couldn't do anything about it, (can't exactly bust the door down) end up calling the police and an amberlamps and they take about 10-15 minutes on average every single time. if he sneaks downstairs to my room to do it, where no one can see him, I mean, you see where I'm going with this. she can't make it down those stairs without killing herself and she would most certainly not even notice he's down there for hours at a time as she spends most of her time in her bedroom and he would die. even if my aunts there she won't notice. I don't want him out of sight in my fucking house period. he's almost killed himself multiple times and my aunts LEAVING HIM ALONE THERE WITH A FORGETFUL ELDERLY PERSON IN TERRIBLE SHAPE. I care about him doing it where no one will notice him gone more than anything.

also I just don't want someone who I don't trust in my bedroom regardless of if he's getting fucked up or not.

our house is a flat too by the way, so there's an older couple in the same building. if they find out someone's on the other side of the building doing drugs, tell my landlord, etc. could be bad.

so I'm back at the hospital and they've finally agreed to up his dosage of pain meds, sort of. he just takes them more often which is really all he needed so thats cool. only thing that isn't cool is that they are giving him SOMETHING that is giving him weird jitters every night. it almost looks like withdrawals but we can't tell what's causing it. I mean its not opiate withdrawal or anything because they've been giving him them since he's been here. seems like one of his meds is clashing with another but I have no idea.

also his trachea is collapsing every time he's off the ventilator, that's why since december he hasn't been able to get off of it for more than a few seconds. there isn't really a fix for it without major surgery which at this point after so many he might not even survive that or even want to do it.
