I don't want the threads to become redundant, and this weekly sales thing will only continue if you guys show any interest in it - if not, I'll just can it.

My picks:

Several layers of discounts on Age of Wonder games - Steam. Age of Wonders, the original, was one of my favourite strategy games when I was around 18. With time I grew tired of it but I feel like it still holds up by itself.
A whole bunch of Tom Clancy games on a 75% sale - Steam. Pretty much self-explanatory. Again, not my thing, they never were.
The Worms games are on a big sale aswell on Steam. There's a big bundle but I don't really recommend it. Worms: Armageddon is probably the only one you truly should buy.
The Witcher and Torchlight are still on sale on GoG.
This week's Humble Bundle features Ubisoft games, most notably Far Cry 3. Last week's Saints Row bundle is still up.

ok when i was a younger lad i would play a pirated copy of worms armageddon all the time with my brother and sister. it rules. ive only ever played 1 other worms game and it was 3d and shitty. if youve never played worms, its like a 2d turn based strategy game where you control a set of worms vs other players and you take your turn trying to kill off the other team without getting killed yourself. you get to name your team and theme them, there are diff weird weapons to use and the "environment" you are on is destructible. you can play defensively with positioning and skill or go balls out and just bomb the shit out of people

anyway the game is $3 so im gonna buy 4-5 copies tomorrow. post itt if you cant spare your own three bucks and ill gift it to you and we can play sometime

did i mention that the game is fun. it is fun. also three dollars. dont waste you time on the others, as grue said. armageddon is the best

there is also AI matches though the AI is stupidly skilled at destroying you. there are also single player challenges but obviously the fun part is multiplayer
