This will never happen.  This argument has already taken place in the United States government. In fact, it happened recently. It happened during the Obama Administration.   I think it was around 2013, Obama had protected senior Wall Street Bankers that had participated in the 2008 financial crisis.   These people are only looking out for their own self interests. If Biden for instance, were to go after Trump,  it would create a dangerous precedent into which every single politician would then have target on their back.  Every single one of these people have done something terrible. If they attempt to lock somebody up, it's going to start something ala the French Revolution where we just start sending people to The Gallows or the guillotine. They're not going to do it, they're all looking out for their own self interests.
