quick tip for omelettes
don't put shit in it instead use tasty stuff like cheese, bellpeppers, tomatoes or so

depends on the type of omelette in my opinion
i probably destroyed 90% of all french omelettes i tried to make but other omelettes are usually fine
a good pan with the proper size helps too
