im fairly squeamish about spraying or throwing shit or whatever people do to subordinate their pets
i usually pick them up gently and whisper into their ear why they are being a bother and then place them further and further away until they get the picture

i cannot deny this but the alternative is to frighten the poor furry babies and it isnt an option for me
