I was making pasta cabonara and there was a step in the recipe where I dump a 1/3 cup of grated parmesan into the cooked pasta
but the parmesan coalesced into seperate pieces of rubbery blobs instead of melting nicely
I'd blame the recipe but I think it was because I used pre-grated parmesan instead of grating it myself

I once tried to cook pasta but forgot to add the water so I just burnt it to the bottom of the pan and then it caught fire and then the fire spread through my flat and then it turned out the cladding on the outside of the tower block I lived in was really flammable and then the fire spread through the tower and 71 people died.
