obviously, if i say, "what's up with the start of the first track being a three minute intro before we get any vocals" i'll get everyone jumping down my throat saying "oh but that's the whole point you just don't understand" and no you don't need to conform to the norm it's just something that jumped out at me right away. giving people the longest track on the album as track one is a real bold move tbh
Do you have any fans of Iron Maiden in the band? going back to the opening song again, they have a song called "Empire of the Clouds" which breaks down at 8:35 (https://youtu.be/YbAhn7iKLPc?t=515) in the same way They're Calling does from the 7:31 mark . the freestyle drums breaking down into the new riff, you hear what i mean? I thought of it immediately after hearing it. not sure if that's a compliment to you or not?
I like how the opening guitar strums on Oh Dear pan from right>left and left>right in the stereo mix. nice little touch
love the bluesy tone of goodbye lucy. credit to the singer and the production for getting those harmonies at the end to mix just right
foot tapping all the way through workin' on the weekend. Alright now by Free though, anyone?
the drums playing in half time underneath the guitar on Tempest give it a nice hectic feel at the start there which i really like before the track settles down just after the halfway mark
getting a little funky in Million Miles Away there nice
OVERALL - yeah i liked that. It Never Ends is clearly the most radio friendly on the album got that hook line in there (get off my lawn you dirty hippie"), with workin' on the weekend coming close behind it (shame it's only 2:19). as a drummer by trade, not a fan of the snare sound, he must have had it reeds real loose on the bottom of that thing. i forgot about it quickly though so whatevs

i did for a few years but not anymore, we never recorded anything worthwhile. i really did like a few of our songs and thought they would have decent appeal but my bandmates and i couldn't pull it together to get any good recordings

idk if u want honest feedback or just some support so i will offer the latter: "it never ends" is fun! cool music style, singer's voice is quite good. The arrangement is... consistent! Thanks 4 reading my feedback, now if ull excuse me this casino doesnt run itself

Ok so I'll give some honest feedback but MIND U im old af
by spame standards and been making music since the 90s, so this aint to put u down but glow u up feel me
lyrical content is kinda hohum. a few good lines and hooks, but if the words were viewed as a story, i woulda fell asleep on page 2. However, the "get off my lawn, ya damn dirty hippie!" was good, definitely cracked a smile there
also, the arrangement is soooooo thirsty for a bridge and/or chorus. Parched. Its the same lick over and over, even if it was played backwards for just a few bars would spice it up tremendously. It's a cool riff, dont get me wrong... just gets a bit stale after the first 16 or so in a row.
Other than that, disregard my petty criticism and keep making music my dude!! There is honest potential for greatness here, music is dying for fresh fun stuff like this
