Artorias was my first true hurdle, O and S weren't anything compared to him. I finally beat Gwyn after getting a bunch of fire defense. The game took me around 95 hours.

the secret to beating dark souls is making the most ridiculously bad build you can and then relying on your friend to carry you through the game

if I wanted to watch someone else play I would just watch a playthrough, relaps keeps asking if I want help and I keep insisting that I don't
this is something I would like to experience myself and say I beat the entire souls series with no help just to rub it in my friends face who needed help with Lost Izalith

dark souls 3 takes some gameplay cues from bloodborne. faster paced, more dodging than blocking. it’s harder to draw away individual enemies so you have to be able to quickly react to groups. it’s a beautiful game though, especially irithyll of the boreal valley it’s my favorite of the 3

u can skip the whole ass area if u can spare the 20 minutes to pick up 30 humanity in the depths. get the homeward miracle, 10 soft humanity while hollow, grab 20 more from the rats and just pop them all in front of quelaags sister
