Are you guys not adding avocado to your guacamole, or is it implied? I've never know guac to made any other way

K'man's Rock-Around-The-Clock Guac

Add following ingredients to mixing bowl:
-Avocado, ripe (soft but very little-no brown inside), muddle that shit
-Fresh cilantro, finely chopped
-Lime, squeezed by hand or machine, juice that fucker good
-Salt & Pepa (push it, baby baby)
-Finely diced red onions, red peppers and roma tomatoes
-More lime juice, that shit is slammin
-OPTIONAL, but a nice addition: 1 or 2 tablespoons of your favorite salsa

Mash all them fuckers real good in mixing bowl, blend as you smash until it all becomes one thck sexy paste

You may increase/decrease any of the ingredients to suit your liking

no I make it with fuckin apples and crushed doritos k-man. of course avocado is implied

your recipe looks awesome, but seriously, just to be adventurous, try it without tomatoes and add a pinch of curry powder and some cayenne. I'll eat guacamole out of diehards sweaty camo boxers though, no matter how it's made. (plus all the other stuff in your recipe. just no tomato)

For guac I basically use this recipe with a little less tomato. I live in Texas now and it's good enough to convince the locals I know what I'm doing. Curry powder sounds dope tho.

I make chicken marinated in various shit for many of my meals. When I'm feeling fancy I can make a decent stir fry or biscuits and gravy. Don't do much baking because that shit requires patience and actually paying close attention to directions.

I'm not big on curry powder, seems like it would alter the guac's flavor profile to the point of no return... BUT, if that's ya thing tho, go for it, you're the one eating it! I'd sooner use cayenne pepper instead.

The tomatoes can be omitted, they're not crucial. I just like what it adds to the mix, if you skip it then I recommend adding an extra tablespoon or two of salsa to mix in. Gives the guac that little extra touch of magic.
