in fact, you can stretch that same principle to the private sector aswell
the trick is to adress the problem, not the service / people, and to suggest a clear solution
I find that costumer service workers will solve your problems way faster if you bring a sensible solution with you already
it saves you time and stress and also unburdens workers so it's a win-win

if you use multiple pillows rotate which pillowcase is at the top between washings, especially silk or satin ones, and your hair can go longer without shampooing which means it’ll be dryer (if it’s oily) and less dry (if it’s dry) and healthier and your skin will be less dry and break out less

i forgot to mention it only makes your hair dryer if it’s naturally oily. if it’s naturally dry tho it helps with that too, bc instead of absorbing oil like cotton it distributes it along your hair when u move, which stops it from all being at your scalp and also moisturizes the whole strand!! it’s just gud
